Our Extra Long Scale Nickel-Plated Steel Roundwound bass strings have a taper at 38.5″ from the ball end. This is the ideal taper-length for string-thru 35″ and 36″ scale basses. Please Note: These are not long enough for 37" basses or multi-scale basses with a 37" bottom string.
