This is an Eb cornet mouthpiece dating from c.1880's to 1890's.

There are some minor imperfections such as scratches on the shank and nicks on the edge of the rim but overall is in excellent condition with 100% of the plating intact.

I've been able to test it out and it fits my Gautrot Eb cornet from the 1880's. Nice player with a sweet tone that's also bright and clear. 

The actual measurements of the mouthpiece are as follows:

Mouthpiece length 2 3/8"

Cup diameter 3/4"

Shank length 1 1/8"

Receiver end diameter 3/8"
