Flying Saucer FYSG Prototype #003 (Event Horizon Burst)

The unknown flying object, the Flying Saucer prototype, has arrived!

The third unit is the Event Horizon Burst.

Flying Saucer is a futuristic guitar brand that combines retro and modern with a space age concept.

Three prototypes with a Flying V head on an SG body have landed.

The third unit has a unique appearance but a classic sound.

The focus is on the body thickness. By making the body a few millimeters thicker than the normal SG, it outputs a wide range of sound. This is a specification that we would like to recommend to those who feel that they want a thicker sound with the conventional SG body.

In addition, the neck made with the profile of the 1967 Flying V is set with a box joint. The nut width of 40.5 mm is slim but thick, and it is thought that the neck also contributes to the sound.

The pickup is equipped with "Curtis Novak Pickups/HUMBUCKER".

Curtis Novak is also used in Fener Custom Shop. I think humbuckers are relatively rare.

This PAF pickup has a relatively mild and mature vintage feel, and a calm sound.

The bridge link is made of brass. The aluminum tailpiece and iron studs highlight the sound.

And this color is Event Horizon Burst, which gives the impression of falling into a black hole.

Combined with the stinger on the head back, it's a look that will make you wonder what guitar that is.

It will be an eye-catcher in flashy stage performances and mellow phrases.
