1970's Roland AD50 Fuzz wah. The fuzz on this pedal is monstrous. You can take the cleanest amp and turn it into a fire breathing monster. Three selector settings, from a thick heavy, to edgy and a third setting that seems to incorporate both to my ear. In my opinion this pedal is not about the wah which is OK, but nothing special. There are several Youtube video's that demonstrate the pedal check them out.
The wah on this pedal is a bit scratchy (Pot on the treadle?) so I would list the Wah portion of the pedal as poor. If you are buying one of these pedals forget the wah this pedal is all about the monster fuzz. The fuzz portion of the pedal works well and sounds amazing. The volume and sustain pots have no issues. I find the fuzz to be absolutely massive. The sustain knob really doesn't have a of sonic range as a modern pedal, but when the fuzz is this good its not an issue. I find the pedal works best with cheap alkaline batteries. The original battery cover is missing and has been replaced. The circuit appears to be original.
So the wah is listed as poor, the fuzz is very good, and the physical condition I would rate as good. Considering this pedal is from the 1970's the overall condition I am giving the pedal is "good." I've been as fair and accurate as I can describing the pedal, thanks for looking.
