This guitar is a BEAST! Check out this awesome example of Fender Japan's expert craftsman ship in the late 80s era. 
This guitar has already been set up to have the lowest allowable action on a 12 string and it plays GREAT.
As far as we can tell, the guitar is mostly original with few replaced parts - we noted the jack plate and strap buttons were a black painted metal as opposed to the standard chrome; this may have been a spec but they were more than likely replaced at some point; the electronics are otherwise entirely original.
This guitar definitely shows its age but was very well maintained for the life it's lived - wear is consistent for a guitar of it's age but nothing in particular stuck out to us - please look to the images for reference.
Please note; the truss rod has reached the end of its current adjustability - action as it stands is great and relief is okay; but an experienced tech can shim the truss rod nut to extend the usefulness of the truss rod; this is not a huge surprise for a 12 string of its age.
Guitar will ship in its original hardshell case.
