This '87 Kramer NightSwan is in excellent vintage condition. This guitar toured the world with Al Pitrelli in the Alice Cooper band in 1989-90 and the body and finish have the expected nicks and scratches of a guitar that's performed around the world. It does not come with any authenticating paperwork on that fact - it is merely an interesting history of this instrument.
Some older Floyd Rose components (screws, nuts, clamping blocks, insert blocks) have been replaced with original Floyd Rose components.
The Nightswan was Vivian Campbell's signature guitar on the Kramer brand, and one of the most innovative models that came out of the brand during their later years: it had 24 frets, it had a unique fret marker style, used the Gibson scale length (24 3/4") and featured a unique bridge-middle HH pickup configuration. The bridge pickup is Campbell's signature pickup at the time, the Seymour Duncan Full Shred, the middle pickup is a Seymour Duncan JB.
This guitar features the classic lightning finish. This was a specialty of the Texas luthier Buddy Blaze. If you're interested in this guitar, then you know the story. This is the real deal vintage '87 Kramer NightSwan. Comes with original hardshell case.
