This instrument was hand made by Richard Levitch in 1989. Over his career he designed and built approximately 125 electric and acoustic instruments using top end materials and expert craftmanship. Most of his guitars are one of a kind.
The top wood is matched Honduras Rosewood and the back and sides are solid Mahogany. This is a great player and includes the following features:
* Top - Matched Honduras Rosewood * Back - Two piece solid Mahogany * Maple Neck * Nut - 1 23/3 *24 Frets * Tuners - Bullseye Grovers * Schaller Pickups and Roller Bridge * Truss Rod Cover - Rosewood and Abalone * Dimarzio Pots Weight - 10 lbs 4 oz
The guitar has been gently used and properly stored in my home studio. It is all original with one exception; Mr. Levitch states he did not install the mini switch coil that taps the bridge pickup. There are a few slight dings and a small chip on the backside that I've tried to show in the pictures. It just had a complete professional set up and is ready to go. Included is a hard case with a broken latch but that is otherwise clean with no odors.
Please review the photos and buy w/confidence. I know that buying an instrument without having an opportunity to inspect it and test drive is risky, so this is a risk free transaction. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you have 5 days to let me know and then return for a full refund.
The guitar will be packed securely, insured and shipped using UPS Ground.
