I am the original owner of this one-of-a-kind and very rare guitar. I ordered this in 1985, and sent in a paint sample for Charvel to work off of, and they nailed the color. I have never seen a matching headstock and ebony fingerboard on a San Dimas, but I spec'd this guitar for that look. Everything on this guitar is stock except for the strap buttons, which are Schallers for strap locks. The original case is also in great condition, save for the leather tab on the accessory pouch which has come off (but is still in the case). I also include the original Kahler bar. Oh yeah, and there's a push-pull pot to split the bridge to a single coil. Frets have some wear, around the 5th fret region but there’s plenty left and it plays fine.
