Rare Ernie Ball Music Man JP6 BFR w Roasted Maple Neck & Rosewood Board

This JP6 BFR has a brand new V3 preamp / input module sent directly from Ernie Ball and professionally installed at a local shop by a highly respected luthier.

This guitar has very rare combination of an alder body and a Honduran mahogany tone block with a roasted flame maple neck and Rosewood fretboard. Most of these with similar specs do not have the roasted flame maple neck, but rather a glossy painted neck. This has the smallest neck on any JP6 I have tried and is very similar to the Jason Richardson Cutlass model in neck dimensions.

Basically this has the combination woods of a Luke III and a JP6 / JP6 anniversary / Richardson / JP15 BFR. Comes with high output Crunchlab / Liquifire pickups. You will have a hard time finding another one like this for sale online.

Comes with an AFTERMARKET hard case. NOT an Ernie Ball case. I never got a guitar case with it but I am including one.

The battery compartment sometimes needs to be pressed in slightly when changing batteries. Small mark on the headstock as seen in pics. Could use a slight buff in the finish if you want it like a showroom.

Being that it is a used guitar, it is not a museum piece, however it is in very very good condition with the expected wear of a guitar of 21 years old.
