Calzone/Anvil Guitar Flight Case Acoustic Guitar - Blue

This is a Deluxe ATA rated flight case, for an acoustic dreadnaught cut away guitar. The Calzone Case Company is affiliated with Anvil Cases. They have been building cases, since the 50's, and they engineer their products to meet or exceed the ATA's specifications for flight cases. They keep at least 1" of unicellular foam padding on every side, top and bottom. It has a plush velvet lined, soft foam interior. There is a large accessory compartment, with a lid, inside the case.

On the exterior, it is 3/8" plywood that is covered with plastic lamination, and the corner ribs are channeled aluminum extrusions. The butterfly latches are in perfect condition and the spring-loaded handles, are likewise. It has a full-length piano hinge on the lid. This case has new 1", soft rubber pads on the bottom, back, and, on one end: to keep it from scratching tables, etc.

It has a spring-loaded handle on one end, for rolling. There is a handle on the front, for carrying it like a suitcase. There are wheels on one end for rolling it for distances.

These cases are well built and are heavy. They are made to withstand the rigors of continuous travel.
