This is a Fender Custom Telecaster TL-DG Danny Gatton tribute Esquire Tele with a vintage spec 60s reissue double bound MIJ Fender body, in gorgeous “Vintage White” . Blonde. It retains the original Blonde finish with light natural “NOS relic” wear, and looks very classy with double black binding.
She is equipped with a unique single-ply made in USA Fender Parchment pickguard, Fender Pat Pen ashtray bridge with ‘70s reissue saddles, and all premium Fender hardware components.
The guitar features all premium electronics and components with DiMarzio DP389WU Tele rails bridge humbucker, CTS pots, 3 way switch, orange drop capacitor and Switchcraft jack with custom vintage spec wiring by hand. The rails humbucker is hot rodded with a custom Esquire 3-way mod allowing for series, parallel, and coil split tones out of a single pickup.
The custom build is outfitted with a genuine Fender Japan pawnshop series 1-piece Rock Maple neck with vintage spec truss rod adjustment at heel, 9.5” fretboard radius, 1 5/8” bone nut, and 21 vintage frets. It has a C profile with medium thickness. The 100% original factory finish has a fantastic amber tint, with original tuners and Gotoh hardware.
