One-of-a-kind National Triolian Piccolo Resonator Guitar (lined fretless) in Walnut.
The body is from a 1930 Triolian Tenor and appears to be a barn find. The conversion to Piccolo was done by Jason Workman at NRP in 2020. The neck is maple and designed to be a what-if instrument that follows the original material specs while heading in a new direction (the NRP piccolo guitars came out in the late 2010s).
Ditch the slide. Ultra-low action, lined fretless resonator is easy to play and sounds great, it's just not getting enough play-time lately in my collection. It has a Highlander Biscuit wired to output and needs a preamp if you want to go that route, however, this guitar sounds best with a mic on it or a resonator hot plate.
Comes in an internally clean, but externally worn NRP case.
