Back when I was making my album Start The Car in 1992, Mark Sampson came down and brought me 2 Vox AC-30 amps, and I bought both of them immediately. He worked on them and brought them to their best as only Mark could do. If you're not aware of him, he invented both Matchless and Bad Cat amplifiers. This is prior to his own fame in the industry.
