THE HEROINE FUZZ DRIVER ::: a unique combination of an OCD + FuzzFace in one package

• The heroine is designed to allow for more drive the harder you attack it.
  We call it a "Fuzz Driver" as it is has a fuzzy topology, but tweaked to act within the realm of overdrive with wooly/gritty tone. Rugged and tough, not smooth & beautiful. Made for power chords and rocking out with your socks in your mouth. 
  
  
• Th internal circuit has a distortion-based preamp hitting a fuzz-based master amp, set to be on the edge of breakup. Play lightly for clean boost or light OD - and attack hard for more compression + drive
  
  
• Modern/cascading distortion tones are added in with the SUSTAIN option - which adds clipping gain stages to the preamp.
  
  
• Works really well on Bass as well as guitar. We've gotten tons of great feedback from bassists who swear by it. It was built to be a full-frequency drive, so it doesn't lose the bottom end.
  
  

DIRTY BOOST 🎸

The MASTER not only sets the volume, but also starts to overdrive & compress just like an old amp would when turned up. Use this for 50’s era drive.

FUZZDRIVE ⚡️

The PRE adds a gritty drive while still being reflective of the guitar's pickups and your picking attack. Use this for 60’s drive + a fuzzy boost when set to 100%.

DISTORT + COMPRESS 👊

The SUSTAIN switch introduces hard-clipping gain stages into the preamp. This results in a more modern + compressed distortion, taking you to 80s/90s drive.  Combine this with BRIGHT which turns up the presence of the whole pedal, sort of like a higher bias which also increases the brightness and focus on high-mids.

What is the difference between this version and the DELUXE?
With the deluxe, you can switch between two preset values of SUSTAIN.
As well, with the deluxe you can turn the sustain value higher.
You'll have no problem getting heavy sounds from the regular version - plus it's simplicity allows for a "set it and forget it" approach.
