GIBSON UKULELE BANJO "TRAP DOOR" MODEL CIRCA 1920'S with case
Kind of an oddity here. This Gibson UB "Trap Door" model Ukulele-Banjo or Banjolele is essentially a uke built like a banjo. There is a "trap door" back which will prop open slightly. The mechanism that allows it to prop open and stay in that position also locks the back closed when you wish to close it. Included with the uke-banjo is the case.
This instrument is in great shape for being around 100 years old. There is some minor cosmetic wear, some oxidation and pitting on the metal parts but overall it appears to have been well taken care of.
