1982 Tokai Silver Star

Made in Japan in 1981, the Silver Star was Tokai’s mid-range version of the CBS era Fender Stratocaster. Large headstock with a bullet truss and tilt adjuster on a three-bolt neck plate, it weighs 3.4kg’s. Alder body with an aged Candy Apple Red finish, one piece maple neck with a comfortable rounded C profile (40mm nut width), 21 fret rosewood fingerboard. Loaded with the original Tokai SS-HOT alnico pickups.

Reasonably clean vintage condition as pictured with basic cosmetic and play wear and tear.

Truss works well and the frets are shiny with some light pitting.

Comes with hardshell case.

Given a full professional setup and service prior to listing.
