In good condition, great playing and sounding 12 string Martin from 1967. Professional neck reset and re-glued bridge as well as a new saddle. Lots of saddle left. Very little play wear present with a few dings to the top, overall very clean. Action is fantastic and very playable in every position with little to no buzz. This guitar is LOUD, beautiful projection and very balanced sound. Comes with original hard case.
