This is a very nice sounding vintage made in Japan Yamaha FG-240 acoustic guitar, likely made sometime during the late 1970s.
This guitar does show normal cosmetic wear for its age that includes various surface scratches, scuffs, and dents throughout the body with additional dings along the back of the neck and headstock. The binding around the body has yellowed from over time and the tuners show normal tarnishing. The frets are used but still play great without any fret buzz. The action is pretty high on the 12th fret as shown in the photos.
The end pin is missing and it appears that the bridge saddle and pins have been replaced. This guitar otherwise appears to be original.
Includes the pictured hard case.
