Roger Sadowsky's goal was always to further improve an already very successful bass design by making a number of detailed improvements.  Along with the electronics which Roger Sadowsky developed himself, Roger Sadowsky succeeded to take the P/J bass sound to a new level.  Never harsh or shrill sounding, with strong, powerful but never muddy lows, with present, but not too aggressive mids and a sweet airy high end.  All the features of the Roger MetroExpress modern bass can also be found in this 21-Fret Vintage P/J Bass.
