Hand made in Santa Cruz, California, The OM grand features a slightly longer body, with a larger, and deeper lower bout. The larger size produces more air volume, which translates to greater overall volume, more low-end presence and a fuller sound — especially useful if you like strumming or want a bit more body than a traditional OM, and something more comparable to a dreadnought without the larger mid section and upper bout size.

This model features a Sitka Spruce top w/vintage toner, known for its dynamic range and balanced tonal response, making it ideal for finger style players, pickers, and strummers alike. Paired with beautiful, highly figured Walnut back and sides, this guitar delivers a warm, articulate sound with strong midrange presence, perfect for players seeking tonal depth and smooth resonance. In short, it is exceptionally clear across all ranges with a HUGE sound. The Walnut is very reminiscent of Mahogany with powerful bass, strong midrange, and sparkling highs.

This OM Grand also features Adirondack bracing attached with hot hide glue, a time-honored technique that enhances the guitar’s resonance and projection, providing a vintage, open tone that will only improve with age.
