The set up is what makes hard to play and stiff feeling guitars play GREAT!!! It's like having your own personal guitar tech and this service comes FREE to those who purchase an instrument from us.. Whether an instrument is new or used makes no difference, a set up is usually required. When a Guitar, Bass, 12 string, Banjo, Mandolin, what-have-you, is brought into our shop for this service we charge a minimum of $85 and we do hundreds of these set ups every year. The service that is included for FREE with your purchase includes the following adjustments: neck, fingerboard treatment, action, intonation, & a basic fret level and polish (If required).
