Baggs Element VTC pickup system in a beautifully beautiful Vintage Sunburst high-gloss nitrocellulose finish with richly decorated Hummingbird Tortoise pickguard and cream bindings in mint condition with black Gibson hardshell case, manufacturer's papers and professional setup with 12-gauge Elixir strings.

This 2022 Gibson Hummingbird Standard VS continues the legacy of the iconic Gibson Square Shoulder acoustic line today. The popular short-scale Square Shoulder Dreadnought is considered an absolute classic and was first introduced in 1960. Thanks to its unique design and wide dynamic range with warm mids and powerful bass, it continues to inspire musicians around the world to this day.

Like the original from the 60s, this modern version also features a solid mahogany back and sides and a solid Sitka spruce top, which is given sufficient space for resonance thanks to the scalloped X-bracing. The bound rosewood fingerboard is adorned with elaborate parallelogram-shaped mother-of-pearl inlays and the set mahogany neck has a comfortably playable, slim round neck profile.

The fantastic woods and the high-quality workmanship of the Gibson Bozemann workshop, enable a wonderfully warm and exceptionally powerful sound, in which the mids and lively basses in particular come into their own. The rounded body also provides beautiful projection and a well-balanced, warm tone with a subtle but dynamic range of timbres - ideal for any kind of accompaniment, strumming but also picking!

In addition, the guitar comes from the factory with a high-quality L.R. Baggs VTC Element pickup system and thus also impresses live with a clear, authentic acoustic sound.
