Steel string parlor guitar model 1915, without apparent brand, but having everything of a Washburn dating 1923 Pre-War II .
The easel has probably been changed.
A repair to the heel of the neck is visible and durable.
The Brazilian rosewood back and sides are beautiful.
The case appears to be original and is in very good condition.
Guitar that comes out of an attic, in its original condition, ready to play.
