Vintage Kramer SUSTAINER with Upgrades 1989/1990 - Candy Blue

This is a Vintage 1989/1990 Kramer Sustainer (3rd and last version) guitar in Candy Blue. The 3rd version is identified by the recessed battery cover.

This guitar has been modified but is in great condition for it's age of over 34 years. This guitar has a newer Sustainiac Stealth Sustainer system and a real vintage Bill Lawrence L450L humbucking pickup. The L450L pole pieces actually align with the strings, so they are like Trembuckers, or F Spaced pickups. Here are the details.

The condition is great for a 34 year old guitar. It has a few light scratches and a few dings. See pic's. There were 4 holes drilled in the top by a previous owner for a Roland GK pickup. These have been touched up and are less noticeable, but now look like small dings. It has all new jumbo frets with no ware. It has the Sustainiac Stealth system and controls, and a mini switch to split the bridge pickup coil to single coil. The Floyd Rose is Original and made in Germany. It has the original R2 Nut. It has the original made in Germany Schaller tuning machines. It was professionally setup with D'Addario 9 gauge strings.

IMO. The Sustainiac system is an improvement over the original systems that often failed. It also only uses 1 9v battery instead of needing 2. The Sustainiac systems battery life also lasts longer.
