From Fat Dog's Vault
For sale is a very rare 1960's Fender Coronado pickguard. This pickguard is New Old Stock and has never been installed on a guitar.
Subway guitars purchased many parts when the Fender factory moved from Fullerton to Corona back in the 80s. This pickguard had been sitting in the Fender Warehouse unused since the late '60s.It is in near mint condition with just a few light scratches due to handling over the decades.
There is a very slight yellowing on the pickguard.
This is a rare opportunity to get a piece of mint condition hardware for the Fender Coronado or other thin hollow body guitars.
No mounting hardware included.
