Beautiful Fano. Plays like butter. Sounds killer. Pretty much mint aside from one ding from a cable on the bottom of the guitar.

25.5 scale Bolt on.
Nice chunky neck somewhere between an R8 and R9. I believe Fano calls it a late 50's Roundback.
I don't like big necks in particular but I find these very comfortable.

Neck pickup is a Lollar firebird

Bridge is a Lollar Imperial

This was built in Arroyo Grande during the Premier Builders Guild days

It was a custom job built by some PBG/Fano employees

I purchased from Original owner he lived down the block from the factory

He had this idea to combine a classic 50’s Corvette theme with American Taxi graphic, and had it painted as such at the factory. Chris Pike of Band of Brothers guitar refinishing painted this. He worked for several years at Premier Builders Guild, which made Fano, Gene Baker b3, Giffin, JG and Jason z. Schroeder guitars as their painter.

Check out Band of Brothers Instagram where you can see Chris working on the two taxi guitars

Was assembled by Art Esparza (former fender custom shop masterbuilder) in the fano factory.

Comes with a Les Paul style case.
