For your consideration - my beloved 1980 Gibson E2 Explorer. Maple/walnut laminate construction. Original ‘dirty fingers’ pickups. Very little ‘buckle rash’ or other wear and tear - see pictures. You won’t find many guitars of this vintage in such good condition. As you can see, I have had luthier Chris MacIntyre replace the scratch plate, bridge and tailpiece with more contemporary Gibson parts and fit Gotoh machine heads. The original TP6 tailpiece, tuners and scratch plate are included in the OHSC - again, see pictures. Full disclosure - this monster weighs 10.2lb! Collection only - cash preferred.
