Yamaha Live Custom Oak Kick Bass drum for Recording 2016

These never come on sale anymore. I used this kick for YEARS for a zillion recordings. Its impossible to make it sound bad, no matter how hard you try. For a big roomy kick sound, leave it barely muffled withe the included Aquarian Regulator reso. If you want a tight, punchy bullet-to-the chest, take off the reso and put a medium sized down pillow in it.

The only reason I'm selling it is because I havent been able to find another one and I wanted to cut one down to 22x16" so I could play a 22x18 and a 22x16 simultaneously. This is a screaming deal, and you can send me an offer, but I'll probably reject it.

There is one tiny knick on the side of the shell that I have my finger pointing to in one of the photos and there are two long rub marks on the top of the shell. It looks like the previous owner kept his spare drumsticks resting on it and it made these rub marks in the clear coat that show up in certain light. Some of the claws are chipped too. Theres also various small scratches that you can only see when I hit them just right with the lights. I did my best to show them to you. All the little white dots are just dust. I used a super bright soptlight so I could show you the little scratches so there won't be any surprises.
