Boss CE-2 Chorus MIJ Good condition, Produced from 1979 - 1992, the Boss CE-2 Chorus was the original compact chorus pedal. Thanks to its extremely durable made-in-Japan construction, many original specimens are still around and sound great. If you want a classic no-frills chorus, this is the pedal to get.
The CE-2 is NOT a "one-trick pony". Play with the knob settings and you'll find at least ten usable tones. Even with the knobs almost at zero, you'll notice that it "thickens" your tone and solos - without sounding like a chorus effect. Highly recommended. - Brian J.
David Gilmour mainly used the Boss CE-2 in the 80s and 90s for chorus tones. The CE-2 has a subtle character compared to some of the more modern chorus pedals.
