This is an exceptional guitar. It is completely original, down to the last screw. It plays very well with minimal fret wear. There is no damage or signs of repair. Unde the tailpiece, there are two screws that look to have been cut off, but it looks like a factory mistake as there are no signs of a different tailpiece, and they are only visible if you remove the tailpiece. The volume pot is dated 1960. The P-90 is crisp, and articulate, and all of the other electronics, including the bumblebee cap, appear to be original and unmolested. The case could have been sold with the ES125 as an upgrade, but it is not typical to see them with a brown tolex case from the late 50's.
It is missing one of the dot inlays on the 12th fret.
