The good:
Best player, looks and sounds amazing.
Very good condition.
No breaks, no wood repairs.
Original neckset.
Original finish in very good condition, see pix.
Original Melitta bridge.
Original neck and body binding in excellent condition.
Excellent player, straight neck, low action.
No buzziness or weirdness.
Electronics all good, completely original and sounds pretty amazing.
Another set of tuners was installed on the guitar decades ago, leaving behind some mostly obscured extra holes, with the original style tuners on the guitar, see pix.

The not as good:
The frets, while playable everywhere on the neck, will need replacing someday, not this day, but someday.
Small mystery screw hole to bottom left of bridge pickup and another on left side, see pix.
The truss rod nut is not usable, someone used an incorrect tool and fugged it up, neck is straight and needs no adjustment. The rod is fine as-is but this nut should be replaced by an actual luthier.
The case is 70 years old and the tweed is way out there...the inside is still all good and the case is sturdy with all working latches and hinges, see pix
