This beauty features the coveted 25-year aged Alpine Moon spruce top and Indian rosewood back/sides.
Alpine Moon spruce is harvested only before the New Moon and is known for its incredible response- and the Moon Spruce here has been aged for 25 years.
The spruce is lovely and tight-grained; covered in a satin natural coat to allow the stunning blonde color to go untainted and resonate naturally.
The back and sides are Indian rosewood, with fantastic coloring and graining.
The combination of these beautiful woods, combined with the larger body size, results in an absolutely huge sound- bass that you can feel while retaining full note articulation. 
The bindings are natural maple, and the rosette features a rope purfling. 
The classic tortoiseshell pickguard perfectly complements the traditional beauty of this Larrivee.
The wonderful one-piece mahogany neck features a fretboard of slick African ebony adorned with diamond inlays and bound with maple.
And, to top it all off, this Special features the Vine Logo upgrade at the headstock.
