Previous owner was a "thumper"...

That what I call a player who taps their

fingers or hand/s on the guitar body while

playing guitar strings.

(like drum kind of...)

This should be rated as excellent

as far as tone and strength is concerned.

But due to the cool Mojo "hole"

I rated as just "very good"...

whoever owned this played thousands of hours ... and the spruce just SINGS!

The more a guitar is played the better they typically sound.

Repeated Vibrating of the wood helps the tone.
