Here is a very RARE find for someone!

This is a 1977 Gibson ES-345 TD (The T stands for 'thin' and the D stands for 'dual pickups')

We purchased this from an estate where it was in storage for decades. We completely took it apart, thoroughly cleaned it, and reassembled it. The frets are the original ones, they show honest signs of wear, but are still playable. The pickups are original and have the 'stamped in' patent numbers. The gold hardware shows normal wear and oxidation, but has a great patina to it.

The finish is completely original. We cleaned and cleaned the accumulation and then polished it to its former luster. The results are wonderful. It only shows the mildest evidence of wear at this point...no major dings, scratches etc. Just very light honest marks that you have to strain to see.

The pickups and electronics all sound wonderful, and work as they should.

The truss rod works perfectly, as I had to make a slight adjustment when we did the setup.

I installed 11s and it just sings and plays wonderfully.

This is a great example of a difficult to source model from an era of Gibson that has a checkered reputation. This is one of those 'diamond in the rough' models that survived the 'sucky 70s' and is still a relevant and fun model today!
