In great condition, kept in a humidified studio with other instruments. Serial# 8 128882 is a 2008 513, with a Flame Maple 10-top, Mahogany neck with a Wide-Fat profile, East Indian Rosewood fretboard with bird inlays, PRS tremolo bridge, 513 pickup system, finished in Vintage Natural, with nickel hardware.
Description:
This PRS 513 electric guitar has a gorgeous curly maple 10 top and a mahogany back and neck. The 25-1/4" scale length offers a unique playing experience that seasoned and novice players are sure to enjoy. A comfortable wide fat neck profile offers exceptional playability. The 22-fret bound East Indian rosewood fingerboard is dressed with special 513 bird inlays. All hardware is nickel including a PRS tremolo bridge and Phase II locking tuners. A natural maple body binding highlights the classic double-cutaway PRS guitar body.
The PRS guitar's incredible 513 pickup system provides 13 modern and vintage sounds using five proprietary single-coil pickups. This easy-to-use integrated electronics control package includes a volume control, tone control, and two blade switches. One blade switch is a five-way pickup selector and the other is a three-way mode switch that allows you to select between the single coil, clear humbucking and heavy humbucking modes. This is one of PRS' most versatile electric guitars that can go from screaming humbuckers to sparkling single-coils with the flick of a 3-way switch.
