Since its debut in 1956, the Duo-Sonic has found its way into the hands of genre-defining artists, becoming an underground sensation that helped create alternative music in the dingy clubs of New York City. A surprisingly hip guitar with upgraded contemporary features, this instrument features slick style and a unique sound that's perfectly at home in modern music.
The Duo-Sonic features an alder body, a bolt-on maple neck with a 22 fret pao ferro fretboard built on a 24” scale, two Duo-Sonic single coil pickups, a three way selector switch, and a through the body Stratocaster style hard tail bridge.
No case or gig bag is included, but we would be happy to sell you one if you need it.
These are new old stock Player Series instruments that we are selling off to make room for Fender’s new Player II Series instruments.
While in overall fantastic condition, please keep in mind that although it is a new instrument, it has been on display on our brick and mortar sales floor, and may show signs of having been played by other customers.
All shipments from Buckdancer’s Choice will require a recipient’s signature at time of delivery. East coast residents may feel welcome to contact us for a revised shipping rate. Of course, you can always save on shipping by coming to see us in person at our brick and mortar store in beautiful Portland, Maine.
See pictures and manufacturer’s website for full details, and feel free to email us with any questions.
