This particular customer asked for regular tone in the middle position, a bright tone in the up position, and a dark tone in the down position of the integrated 3-way toggle. That’s what you see there With those three caps in addition to the already woven in double greasebucket circuit made famous by Leo Fender.  And, it passively powered (no batteries required, powered by your own amp!).
