incredible looking mandolin!!!

Our certified tech made some adjustments and it plays insanely easy/low now.

We have receipt from when it was sold by Mandolin Brothers of New York in photos ($4,900 near 10 years ago).

Also confirms 1940s.

We have over a dozen vintage mandolins in stock (plus many new)…. But this has mucho mojo!

Shows honest play,yet no major dings.

Very distinct Gibson sound.

Absolutely stunning and rare solid burl back sides!

Does have 2 stamp-which can mean built for employee or factory 2 or finish was reshot. We believe it was the latter of the two, based on depth of finish.
We sold a lot of Vintage Gibson mandolins and we can say you’ll not find another f-4 with this inlay,condition,neck and original case again. We somehow broke a string during photography-we have another new one on.

Its intonation is good, in tune and ready!!
