Electric and Company made these 6072 preamps about 10 years ago before making the EC7, which is based on this. This is an early model which *does not* have phantom power. This would be an excellent and colorful preamp for dynamic and ribbon mics, as well as a great DI. This comes from a smoke-free professional studio and is in fantastic condition. Please note some of the outer insulation of the power cable is not present near the back of the unit, but all wires underneath are insulated and in good condition. This is no safety concern, but is still worth noting.
