This Fender Bantam Bass Amp is in remarkably good, near mint condition. It has been updated with new filter capacitors, bias caps and matched tubes - and then carefully re-biased - cranking out 30 watts of reliable all tube power.
The original Yamaha styrofoam speaker is in excellent shape and sounds great for guitar or bass.
Of course, the cool thing about this amp is that the baffle board is screwed into the cabinet -- like the pre-cbs amps - and easily removed and changed.
Some love the sound of the Yamaha speaker - some replace it with 212, 210, 12/10, 310, 410 or 115 baffle and their favorite speaker(s).
This is an all tube American made, hand soldered and assembled amp that has been electronically restored and recalibrated, with all original really excellent cosmetics. Lots of possibilities!!!
The tolex is excellent plus, as is the grille cloth. There is one small snag in the grille - otherwise, pristine. Check out the pics.
