This little monophonic ripper of a synth pedal is ready to bless you with big tone characteristics, all the scrambled tracking glitches we love to love, and thick harmonic signal plumping capabilities.
The Red Witch Synthotron is a classic of the category. It‘s in rare company for the fat analog tonality that just can’t be captured by newer, slicker digital pedals featuring more saccharine sweet polyphonic voicings.
The filter and synth stages can be used together or independently—vastly expanding the usability. Lots of mileage covered here.
I’ve had this pedal for upwards of a decade. Stored in a flight case when not in use. It’s in great shape. Selling it because I haven‘t used it much recently now that I’m building my own synth pedals and experimenting with various circuits and designs.
Please note the superficial surface wear —light scratches, one tiny edge knick in the finish, and slight discolorations on the back of the pedal. The front face of the pedal is very clean, especially when considering its age.
This is a V1 model, far more affordable than the newer V3 model. Save yourself hundreds, run the V1, and simply put a chorus pedal after it to approximate the V3’s expanded functionality.
This pedal is sold as-described and is excluded from our usual return policy to avoid unofficial “rentals”. Please do ask any questions you might have before buying.
