Included is a clip-on, removable backrest for the iPod, which helps protect the deck's 30 pin connector when the iPod is in use. See last photo.
If you are dependent on just one iPod, please check deck specs. It does not support *every* generation of 30 pin iPod. Shown in the photo is a supported Nano A1236, for example.
No remote.
