I bought this piece of Americana artwork new,in 1976 when in college and have loved it since. Rosewood back and sides and Sitka Spruce top. Some finishing and lacquer checks and a ding or scratch gives it great character. Lots of fret material left,straight top,perfect bridge positioning and neck straight as an arrow. This yields mellow impressive tones , high end beauty and a 50 yr.old tight bass as one would expect. Excellent action and plays folk and folk rock,country,blue grass and Praise and Worship tunes.Comes with a very nice hard shell case and kaput other goodie
