This is like a delay rack in pedal format. It has preset storage capability and lots of possibilities for tweaking. As far as its sound goes, it has beautiful modulated repeats and is a really superb flanger on top of that. Carlos Santana has been known to use the PDM1 for a decade.

All DCP (digitally controlled processor) series units are fully programmable effects. The PDM1 modulation delay has 6 programmable parameters such as DELAY, TIME, DELAY RANGE, DELAY LEVEL, REPEAT, SPEED and WIDTH. All sound programs can be stored in 19 program locations. It operates with a Boss PSA 9 volts DC adaptor (power supply not included).
