You're looking at a Valco National model 1260 tube amp from 1948 with a really sweet blue/silver tolex.
Cosmetically the amp is in good shape, and functionally it sounds completely bad*ss.
To the best of my knowledge at some point the original Alnico speaker was replaced and the transformer moved within the housing, but otherwise the circuit appears original and correct.
