Here’s a rare serviced and working Fender Echo Reverb III oil can delay made by Tel Ray.
oil replaced, pilot light replaced, recapped, cleaned, heads adjusted and replaced long/short/both switch.
I’ve owned this delay for years and cannot remember if I just have misplaced the back panel for this but made one with vintage fender tolex. Fully working and great sound. Disc has tick when cranked.I cleaned can and replaced oil with prop Ucon LB-65 but this disc was probably ran dry or had debris inside which caused this scratch which makes a tick you can see in the video. It’s more prevalent on short.
direct motor style so no belt but a pinch roller for disc drive. does make some noise. If I can find a better pinch roller I may do that.
