These stainless steel straps are an essential part of our Side Bending System, designed to provide consistent and accurate bends for acoustic guitar sides. Made from 32 gauge stainless steel, these straps offer smooth heat transfer and flexible support, ensuring precision in every bend.

Essential for Guitar Side Bending

To achieve accurate side bends, you'll need a heating blanket paired with these steel bending straps. They help focus steam and transfer heat evenly across the length of the guitar side, preventing burn marks and warping. The stainless steel construction is rust-resistant, which is critical when working with steam during the bending process.

Flexible and Strong

Despite being ultra-thin, these straps are extremely strong and flexible, making them easy to conform to any curve or cutaway. The smooth surface ensures that pressure bars glide effortlessly, resulting in flawless bends.

These straps are slightly longer than a typical guitar side, offering flexibility for builds ranging from 000 models to larger guitars like the J-45. They're also longer than our Heating Blanket, making it easy to assemble and maneuver your "sandwich" of straps, blanket, and guitar side.
