Signed Painting (MINT CONDITION) by Michael Babyak dated 2006 (appears to be a Gibson ES-335) I was Michaels first guitar teacher & he studied with me for a number of years. We went to some jam sessions together & when Mike moved to the south west I acquired two pieces of his art work ...paintings of guitars. This painting measures 21" x 17" framed ..no glass , with a hand written note on the back to me of his thanks & friendship ; with the numbers 32/695 / signed by Mike / & dated 2006. I'm now almost 80yrs old & need the money for many reasons... that's why I'm selling this. I will include a letter for the buyer of how I acquired this piece. Michaels art work is displayed at many art galleries. Ringo Starr bought four of his original guitar paintings from a gallery in Manhattan. Search this talented artist online to get so much more information on him. This ES-335 is priced way below the going prices for his art work. I'm not an artist so I don't know if it's acrylic / oil / or something else... $36.00 shipping to lower 48 states...also listed on eBay.
