This is the 1974 Tokai DM12-5 12-string Natural Acoustic Guitar.
24.75" scale. 2" nut width. 15-7/8" bottom bout. 4.5" deep.
.93"-.99" 1st to 10th fret neck depth.
This Tokai has a solid spruce top and mahogany back/sides.
This is listed as a project due to me not be able to find the saddle for it- the saddle route measures 3.5" x 9/32".
This is in good +/- overall condition as you can see in pictures- lots of scratches and marks.
The neck looks straight and the truss rod works, but I haven't had the guitar at tension due to the missing saddle.
