The Gretsch Jet has been an integral part of the Gretsch program for over 65 years. Here is the brand new G6129T Players Edition Jet FT with Bigsby! A body thickness of 1.85 “(4.7 cm) was chosen for this Players Edition in order to improve the playing comfort. What remains is the body made of selected mahogany with sound chambers and a maple top.
So this Gretsch Jet also produces the typical sound that you would expect from it! Powerful, fat and extremely lively!

This sound is optimally transmitted by the typical Gretsch Filter'Tron ™ pickups. The circuit with 2 individual volume controls, master volume and master tone is also typical.
